吴思科,男,1946年生,安徽颍上人。资深高级外交官,1971年进入外交部工作,历任中国驻伊拉克、埃及、叙利亚大使馆职员、随员、秘书、公使衔参赞等职,并先后任外交部亚非司处长、副司长、司长。

2000-2003年 出任中国驻沙特阿拉伯王国特命全权大使,2003—2007年 任中国驻阿拉伯埃及共和国特命全权大使,兼任中国驻阿拉伯国家联盟首任全权代表。2009年3月至2004年8月任中国中东问题特使。十一届全国政协委员、全国政协外事委员会委员。
   现任外交部政策咨询委员会委员、外交部公共外交咨询委员会委员;中国阿拉伯友好协会副会长,中国中东学会副会长;外交学院、国际关系学院、北京第二外国语学院、上海外国语大学等高校兼职教授。曾多次陪同国家领导人以及作为中国政府特使出访和参加国际会议,足迹遍布五大洲70多个国家。注重国际问题研究,在《人民日报》、《解放军报》、《解放日报》、《世界知识》等报刊发表多篇研究文章。

                          

 

                           

 

蒙基•马蒂尼先生,法国弗朗什孔泰大学语言学、人类文化学教授,博士生导师,任法国《话语和文本语义学杂志Semen Revue de sémio-linguistique des discours et des textes编委。 
   马蒂尼教授长期与非洲和西非大学和社会研究机构进行交流合作,并组织过十数场国际研讨会。主要著作有《德沃斯语言艺术:喜剧话语和意义构建》(法文版)、《两个世纪以来的笑声: 传统和现代》、《喀麦隆的历史形象和想象中的形象》、《让•贝达尔, 原著和译文的意群与割裂》等。
    主要研究方向为文本分析、语义学、符号学、语料库语言学等。

 


                         


刘鸿武,1958年生,云南西双版纳人,现任浙江师范大学非洲研究院院长、云南大学国际关系学院教授、非洲研究中心主任,浙江省特聘教授、博士生导师,长江学者。国家社科基金学科规划评审组专家、达沃斯世界经济论坛非洲议程理事会理事、外交部中非联合研究交流计划指导委员会委员、中国非洲问题研究会副会长、中国非洲史研究会副会长、中国非洲人民友好协会理事、中国亚非学会理事、中国中东学会理事、中国民间组织国际交流促进会理事。
    兼任外交学院、南开大学兼职教授、世界史专业博士生导师。曾主持国家社科基金重大课题招标项目、教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目等多项国家及省部级项目,出版《故乡回归之路》、《文史哲与人生》、《守望精神家园》、《人文科学引论》、《黑非洲文化研究》、《非洲文化与当代发展》、《非洲艺术研究》、《尼日利亚国家发展史纲》、《列国志:苏丹》、《东非斯瓦希里文化研究》、《中非发展合作:理论、战略与政策》、《中非合作五十年:背景、进程与意义》(英文版)、《中国少数民族文化简史》、《全球视野下的达尔富尔问题研究》、《非洲非政府组织与中非关系》等10多部获得广泛声誉的专著和教材,在国内外重要刊物发表中英文论文100多篇。另主编八大系列120卷《浙江师范大学非洲研究文库》,这是建国以来规模最大的非洲研究文献集成,国家“十二五”重点出版项目,现已出版40多卷,获得国家外交部、教育部、中国社科院的高度重视与支持。2009年刘鸿武教授因在非洲研究领域的突出贡献,荣获中非人民友好协会授予的“中非友好贡献奖”,当选为“感动非洲的十位中国人”。 


                               


拉敏•贾汉贝格鲁教授,1956年生于德黑兰,国际著名政治哲学家,1974年迁居法国,法国索尔邦大学博士,哈佛大学高级访问学者,加拿大约克大学、多伦多大学教授。主要著作有《甘地:非暴力之源》、《黑格耳与法国革命》、《现代人》,以及与以赛亚•伯林、乔治•斯坦纳等人的谈话录。他也是法国《精神》、《民主》等西方主要杂志的撰稿人。
